Pod X3 Live sound not come out

I have Pod X3 Live so every thing look working fine, display, tuner, etc.. but the sound does not come out. I updated flash memory but it still does not work. I from Brazil and the authorized service center is very far from here. any suggestion ?

Please Help me !!!

Do you hear any sound from the X3 headphones output?

  No, no sounfd come out through live out, direct out or phones.

    Check the Inputs and Outputs settings in your X3 preset. Make sure that your guitar is selected as your Tone Input, and that your Studio / Direct Output for the Tone is not muted. Also, use some other equipment to double check that your headphones are working properly.
