Shortboard MKII not being recognized...

I'm having trouble licensing the Shortboard because Line 6 Monkey nor License manager will detect it when i click "scan for devices". Its plugged in, the screen on the Shortboard is on... any ideas? Oh, i'm on a 2011 MacBook Pro with OS X 10.8.2

I have heard there are some issues with the Line 6 software and Mac systems. First try would be to uninstall Monkey and all otehr Line 6 software, then delete all those files from your computer (you'll need to go into the program files to get rid of them all). Then download and install Monkey again, and then d/l license manager, etc. If this doesn't help, contact Line 6 Tech Support.
I had the same issue with Windows, eventually used another computer.
