When I plug my unit into my laptop I am getting a meesage from my computer stating the connection has been disabled due to a power surge. Any advice?
Well...I just answered my own question. One of the pins in the USB on the unit was bent into another pin. I straightened the pin and all is working.
If you can see the pins in the USB port that means a plastic piece that covers the pins has been dislodged and is missing. The port should be repaired. Contact Line 6, by opening a support ticket or calling.
That sucks. I really don't like the idea of being without it.
