Help with mkii Shortboard Repair

I've got my Shortboard apart because the "d", delay, and function 1 buttons weren't working. I tried my friends smaller floorboard and could use the D channel, so I don't think it's the software/amp, but I'm not sure. I'm running the FBV Shortboard into the 212 Spider Valve mkii. Any ideas on how to fix this?
