Here is my little girl Hazel.  I never thought I'd be one of "those people" who become obsessed with their dog, but she has converted me.  She's a puggle (half pug, half beagle) and the first pet I've raised her whole life.

Ha, looks like I could have used a shave in those pics...  must've been a lazy weekend.

Sorry to be a downer,  guys...

My dog died this morning. His name was Spike. He was a husky/blue heeler mix. He was the best dog ever. My wife and I don’t have children so he was like our first-born. We got him from the shelter when we first moved in together. He will be sorely missed.

Why can't dogs get really old like cats and turtles? Mine just turned 9yrs and his twin brother became almost 8½yrs. Every day is a bonus...

RIP Spike!

I am very sorry to hear about Spike.  Seems like he had a great life with some caring owners.
