I've got a Spider III 75 and I'd like to use some headphones with them. But what sort of transformer/connector do I need to connect my headphones (Ipod-like headphones) to my POD/headphone out?

And another question, what sort of port is the cd/mp3 in? What sort of cables is it compatible with?
