POD X3 Live Noise when moving the pedal?

Hi!

I bought an X3 Live an use it with a HK Audio Powerworks Active Box.

The Volume/Wah Pedal produces a digital noise when moving it. Doesn´t matter if the

guitar is plugged in. On low volume it´s ok, but when the Poweramp is turned louder it´s

inpossible to use the volume , sometimes even the wah when playing.

Is there anyone who has the same, or similar problem?

I don't know whether this will work, but first I'd try calibrating the footpedal. See the pdf file at the bottom of the first post in this thread........

  Thanks, but this didn´t ework. Even if the volume of the x3 is turned down completely, there comes a digital noise when moving
  the pedal.

Hello,

I just tested our PODs here and they do not produce any digital noise when rocking the expression pedal back and forth. Your POD may have a hardware issue so taking it back to your dealer is what i would recommend as well.

  I'm having the same problem with a brand-new X3 Live - only on the 1/4" outputs when plugged into the clean channel my Fender Hotrod Deluxe, which has a very sensitive input at the high end.
  
  I also have the same noise when tweaking things with gearbox. Some kind of digital artifact.
  
  The noise isn't evident on the headphone/direct outs. I can post an audio file if it would help.

Mine does that too. A high pitch Squeel type sound only when the pedal moves.

  Thanks for the answers. I updated the firmware and nothing changed.
  I brought it back to my dealer and showed it there. They will change my pod now

    yea, im having the same problem with my pod xt live. The only sucky part is i got mine off of craigslist. Can i still do anything about it. The first responss link says that page doesnt exisist anymore

i too have the same digital noise, very annoying, i will be bringing it back to the dealer as well!
