Problem with UX8 and AlphaTrack Controller

Hello!

 

I am running Sonar 8.5 and use the AlphaTrack controller. Since installing the UX8 to replace my previous interface, the AlphaTrack

is no longer functioning. While I can select the controller from within the Midi controller page in Sonar, the AlphaTrack is no longer available

as a I/O choice, and the AlphaTrack is no longer available as a Midi device. Since the unit functioned perfectly before, I am assuming there is

a setting for the UX8 I am missing? Thank you in advance for your help!

    Hello,

       

      In order for me to help you can you describe to me exactly how you are trying to use both of these interfaces?

       

      It's possible there is a setting perhaps in Sonar that we can change in order for it to provide you the option to choose your other interface if you'd like to.

       

      Also, I'm sure you know this, but you can only use one ASIO device at once within Sonar however you SHOULD be able to select your other device if you please.
