Have a problem with graphics in Gearbox

I can download songs in Gearbox just fine.... and have no problems getting them to play in the player, but for some reason, I can't get any of the "graphics" to come up.. the category buttons... the tablature... none of that stuff will come up. All it does is give me the generic little picture graphic with the red, blue and green dots in there.... Very frustrating... cause I would love to be able to view some of the tab....
Hi,
What version OS is your host computer running on? Do you have GearBox 3.70 installed? What is your videocard? At least let us know these specifics so we have a better idea of what might be the cause.

Running Vista, yes it is Gearbox 3.70.... It's an ATI Radeon Express 1150..... it is a laptop.
Here are a couple of screenshots of what I'm looking at. It doesn't matter which song I place in the player, this is what I get out of it....
Hi,
Just out of curiosity: what web-browser program do you use to surf the Internet? Also, when you visit webpages with image files, do they fully load?
What kind of Internet Service Provider do you use? Is it satellite internet? Cable? DSL? Which company? Do you have Anti-Virus software and Pop-Up Blocker software running?
Thanks for sending the screenshot. That actually helped me better understand what you're actually seeing. Let us know the answers to my questions...

Hey Perry,
I normally use Google Chrome as my default browser, but I did switch it over to IE just in case that was the issue.. same problem. As for AV, I use AVG, but I have the popup blocker and antimalware turned off when I'm running Gearbox. And I have no problems with graphics on any webpage, other than in this player... It's a really weird issue... I though maybe I had to adjust some setting in the web browser itself.... but I wouldn't know which one.... let me try disabling AVG completely and try it...
Just to let you know Perry.. I removed AVG completely, and the issue is still there, so it's not a problem with AV....
Perry,
I got it fixed... even though IE wasn't my default browser, there was a setting in there that wouldn't allow pictures from media to come up. I checked the box, restarted and boom.. was good to go. Thanks for thinking about it for me.
Hi,
OK, thanks for letting us know. I was fairly certain it was going to be a browser setting. Glad to hear your problem is solved!
