mm4 ended to work

Hi Line 6 i'm using Line 6 mm4 fm4 and dl4 for years

but some days before faced with problem - after switching during a mistake 12 vac to a my mm4 pedal it stopped work at all

i live in Belarus 220004 and there is no any service center

may be it is a well known issue and is simple repaired - there is few great technicians here so they can check it but before brining it to them i want to ask you about it

    Belkaxxx,

       

      Have you tried resetting the MM4 pedal to see if it will fix the problem?

       

      Press and hold the first and last footswitches (outer 2) on the MM4 as you plug in a cable into the Left/Mono input to power it on.  This will reset the MM4 to factory settings.

       

      If the problem persists, it will need to be serviced by an authorized service center.  Distributors and service centers are setup in the countries that he products are available.  In which country is the dealer that you purchased the MM4 from?  In Belarus or elsewhere?

      We do not have an official service center in Russia but we do have a distributor. The distributor may be able to help you order the part you need or at least point you to where the pedal can be repaired.
