map of the problematique effect /pod xt live midi

hey i have been trying to recreate this effect on my pod xtlive . i have seen many people on you tube achieve this with their xt live by using the likes of cubase to sequence the whammy pedal using midi, im a newbie to midi, can anyone help me ????????? please!

Yeah I would also like to know how to recreate the effect in this song, I don't have a clue about the MIDI stuff either. I have a POD X3 Live and downloaded a patch for MOTP onto it but it doesn't really sound like it to be honest.

Anyone got any ideas on this?
