E-prom chip for pod

I called and requested an updated e-prom chip for my pod. Any idea on how long before it ships?

That probably would have been better asked of the customer service rep at the time you ordered it

Hello,

At the time of your order all EPROMS were allocated to other users so we had to press more of them. I'll look into where we are with that process and follow up with you. I'll do my best to expedite the EPROM to you once I have it.

Gustabo,

At this time, we are still in the process of getting new POD 2.3 EPROM chips made to ship out. Once they we have these chips available, we will expedite one to you. Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA, but will send one to you as soon as it is available.
