Would you buy another Line 6 product?

I have purchased a Line 6 product including Pod Farm. The Licensing software fails and I cannot use it. I cannot get a Support number to call, the support forums do not allow a ticketed request and messages go for months without resolution. Would you buy from them again knowing how poor the customer experience would be?
