How to connect physical pedals after amp sim.

Hi,
So I have a weird question... would it be possible to connect one of my physical pedals after the amp simulation in my POD HD500 using some variation of the "four cable method"? Thanks.
I would still want the output of my actual pedal to go back into the POD HD500 so that it can once again, send out via USB to my computer. Thanks!
Add an FX Loop Block to the patch and place it where you want it...Cable your pedals the HD500 FX Loop.
+1 space. Just be aware that the POD FX Loop is not the same as a real amp FX Loop.
A real amp has the loop positioned between the pre-amp and the power amp/speaker.
The pod places the loop either before the amp (like pedals plugged into the input) or after the modelled pre-amp/power amp/speaker/mic (like effects applied to an amp recorded at a mixing desk).
In practice this does not make a huge difference.
Stay in the mix and in the know.
