pod hd500 "on" time

hello

i recently got from a friend a pod HD500 about 2 years old..

so first question is how long can the unit last?

is it getting wrost with time?

is my unit is slower than completly new one? (and i dont mean by components, beacuse i know they are exactly the same..)

and my second question is how long can i connect my pod to the power without it getting damaged?

will it damaged if i turn it on for about 3-4 hours?

thanks!

    don't worry, be happy!

it can stay "on" forever and it isn't any slower than a brand new one

What he said.  I leave mine on for hours at a time.  Just make sure that your friend unregisters the unit on this website so that you can register and be able to get updates.  Then check the unit to make sure it has the latest firmware.  Line 6 Monkey will tell you what the unit has and what the most up to date version is. Have fun.
