Hello all,

I have a M5 and i love it, however recently i have been having a few issues with it.

If i use the left input it will intermittently Jump in volume quite substantially.

So, trying to problem solve i used the right side, and the volume intermittently will drop out.

I have tried different power supplies since this happened and the same thing happens with that.

Is this something that can be sorted out by factory re-setting or doing something in the settings? (i would rathen not factory reset as i have a tone of presets saved!)

Can anyone help me?
