Is the XDR95 system being discontinued or replaced?

I was just on the Musician's Friend website looking at the XDR95 wireless system, as I'm just about ready to buy one. However, I noticed that they have the following notice on the XDR95 webpage: "Item Note:This is a clearance item. Quantity is limited to stock-on-hand." The notice is only on the XDR95 model, and not on the XDS95 or the XDS-PLUS.
So, why would they have these units marked as "Clearance"? Is this a soon-to-be discontinued model?

Hi,
That may simply be an older X2 device, one from prior to Line 6's takeover. I am not aware of any plans on discontinuing the XDR95, especially since we just released the XDR959, which is an XDR95 that also comes with a lav mic.
Thanks

I would like to "Bump" this issue because most online retailers are calling all three guitar wireless systems a "discontinued" product. What is the reason for this?
That would be incorrect info. All three are available for sale. There will of course always be something new waiting in the wings.
Hi dboomer,
My XDT4 just died last night after the first set of a three set gig, sending me back to my cable. It appears the wire that the battery attaches to fails its connection when the little plastic door is shut. Works for a second until I try to close it up. Busted. Sadly, nobody, I mean, NOBODY, has the XDT4 available on the internet, not Guitar Center, not Musicians Friend, not ZZZ Sounds, not American Musical Supply, not Sam Ash, NOBODY. What is a working musician to do? I bought this unit less than 18 months ago for just under $500 bucks. Don't hose me now!
I too would like to buy an XDR95, and have been wanting one since July when I first noticed that Musician's Friend had them listed as a "clearance" item (and is still listed that way today, and as "limited stock on hand").
I talked to a local music retailer about this back in July, and he told me that the existing units were pre-Line6, and that the new models would be coming out in August or early September. Obviously, they're still not out, so I'm wondering when they *will* be ready for sale?
I'm getting desperate to replace my 10-year-old Samson unit, but I don't want to buy an obsolete model (especially with the known cable problems). Any news?
Unfortunately, we do not provide information on future products until Line 6 decides to announce this info publicly.
