JTV-89F Limited Edition

What does the Limited Edition mean?

Is there only going to be a limited amount produced?

    I would say (and I am not a spokesperson for Line 6) that they are feeling out the demand for such an instrument to decide whether they will permanently swap to this option or not.  I.e. meaning do they only offer the Floyd Rose version or the hard tail.

     

    This does involve a switch in the Piezo pickups used and routing on the guitar body.
