Volume knob replacement for Spidervalve 112...

These plastic knobs seem to be extremely fragile. The master volume knob has just disentigrated from around the stem. Need a replacement knob for this. Please tell me where I can purchase one. The amp is a Bogner series too, if that makes any difference.

    The knobs are very brittle.  Contact customer support.  If it is under warranty they will send you new knobs.

      Arrrrg, OK...trying to be nice but WHY does Line 6 require you to register for account, post a support ticket and then refer you back to step one? Please some kind soul, just post a contact number and then no one will have to post a useless question again. Line 6 should stay ahead of the game on replacement parts for new lines of gear. My shite is probably not still under warranty, I just want to know where to buy a handful of these cheap-*** knobs for when the others break. I love the amp but man, finding replacement parts is a freakin chore.

      Hey, thanks. I don't know how I missed seeing the number when I first got on the site. Anyways, called parts dept. and they're sending me out replacement knobs free of charge. You can't beat that. Everything took less than 5 minutes. I can't complain.

      I have the same issue, as the Master knob on my SpiderValve 112 just came apart tonight at rehearsal (??)

      I'll call the Line 6 desk tomorrow, but my question is;

      How does one go about REMOVING the broken knob properly without ruining the pot that holds it?

      and... are there options out there other than these cheap plastic knobs (ie; do other manufacturers higher quality knobs fit the control pots) or are we stuck with constantly worrying about these suckers breaking off in our hands like mine did tonight?

       

      If Line 6 made some sort of premium control knobs, you'd make a fortune selling them to us. just sayin...
