GEARBOX CAN"T CONNECT TO GUITARPORT

I hit the guitarport button in Gear Box and it says "connecting" but it doesn't connect. Line 6Monkey says I'm not registered but I have 2 pieces of gear registered one of which, the PodXL3 is connected. Please help.
i think the guitarport online account is directly associated with ONE piece of gear... maybe you have the wrong one hooked up?
i beleive that you can transfer it if you want to.
Maybe your right. I don't know. Do you work for Line 6? What's their phone number. Is there a way to get some tech support?
I believe Guitarport Online is a separate subscription service. I think you have to buy it, then it will be associated with your account and Gearbox will be able to use it.
I've already been online. And I've already downloaded some sounds, so it was working. The documentation that came with the Pod said I get 30 days of free GuitarPort. I have two different Pods on my show. One is registered to me and the other isn't, but I use both, one at the studio and one in my apartment. I also have a Toneport UX2 which I connect once in a while. I'm spending some decent money on this stuff. What's the phone number for the Line 6 tech support. Or are they too cool for that?

I had a similar problem with Guitar Port Online. It turned out to be my virus software, I was able to tell my virus software to not scan all the directories that GearBox uses and that fixed it.
I tried turning off my firewall and avg and it didnt help..this is really a bummer I hope i can get it worked out
