Vetta stuck on 16D

Hi, I just recently got a used vetta with everything preety much upgraded (2.5). but when i play with it for a while at channel 16D the vetta just locked to it and wouldnt move. When i tried turning the vetta off and on the vetta had a blank screen but was still locked onto channel 16D. Explanations?

I had the same issue on another patch place. The only thing to to seems to be a re-install of the firmware.
Maybe it was a accidantly corrupted patch - I don't really know.

  yeh, i fixed it by changing the channel complelety on edit. Now my vetta works fine
