Hi,

I have a BackTrack+mic and my pc with with WinXP does not recognise my usb device (Backtrack) I downloaded the software from your site to see if that would help but it did not. The BT is blinking green-green-red-green-red I believe. It does not shut off. It was working fine for a while when using it today. It recognized it when I first hooked it up to my pc earlier but then the pc started bleeping the usb port on and off several times. I am not sure if it is charging. Can you help me with this problem?
