Riffworks Line 6

have downloaded "Fresh Copies'" of Riffworks Line 6 Edition. First on an iMac G5, when I couldn't get that to start up I then downloaded it to my MacBook Pro. And the same thing occurs, it quits immediately, and the relaunch window comes up. I have downloaded and updated all support applications and drivers. The edit software is working and talking with the POD/XT Live properly as I have used the tone library online. All my license keys are listed and up to date according to the "Monkey". But I can not access the Expansion Packs that I purchased or open the Riffworks Program that I also purchased.
Please Advise, as I would love to be able to use these Items.

In regards to your model packs, please connect your hardware to your computer, launch Lin e6 Monkey and do an asset refresh in the Optional Updates tab.

I'm not quite sure why Riffworks will not open. What operating system do you have installed on your Macs?
