Bad sound from device Pod Studio GX

Hello,
I have POD Studio GX, i am using headphones for this (headphones working good from other devices)
When i bought the device - everything was fine, output sound was good. But after about a month sound became crunch and I cannot fix it.
I reconnected device, reinstalled drivers, reinstalled operating system...
Please help.
if the headphones work fine with other devices, and they are also within the line6 aupported impedance range of 150-600ohms (some headphones aren't) then try the gx on another computer. if it's the same issues, then I'd say the GX is faulty. you should then contact your local service center and discuss your options http://line6.com/service_centers/ as the gx only has 3 months manufacturer warranty.
