Adding POD farm effects after recording dry

I am running pod farm through GX into audacity. Works great! However,I am looking for a way to use POD farm to change tones that have been recorded. For example, is there a way to record 'dry' into audacity through the GX, and then add tone to the guitar after the fact? There are many sound that are great until you add in the rest of the instrumentation and then they need to be changed? Is this possible?
Hello,
You should be able to launch the POD Farm stand alone app, go to your mixer and set your sends to Dry Input. That will send unprocessed out to your DAW.
You may not be able to do this if Audacity does not support ASIO drivers. You should check up on that to make sure.
