Volume Problem with Variax 700 Acoustic

I bought a Used Variax 700 Acoustic, it is in Mint condition and all the Piezos sounds balanced with the same volume but all of a sudden while my guitar is connected none of the controls (Volume,Mic placement,comp) respond and maintains on a same volume,i need to disconnect and connect the trs cable several times untill the volume responds.

 

Please Help me guys or Line 6 Techs.
