Backtrack+mic: problem unknown to me: can somebody pls help

Can somebody pls help me... Diagnose and solve my problem

 

LIVE IN UK. WEST LONDON

I recently purchased a Backtrack + Mic.

 

 

- Went to use the  Backtrack+mic, but random sequence flicker- [even when unit is off]

Tried to Reset with  the hole above the headphone  port as read by  line6perrys post- it has no effect.

 

- Re- Downloaded software

Tried Different Computers and cables, but...

 

( cannot be detected by USB Nor the software)

 

Is there a hardware fault/ flash drive error?

 

Who do i Contact and get in touch with...

Address? Tel No? Email?

 

 

SOMEBODY PLS HELPPP!!!!!
