AX2 MASTER Volume Pot Issue

When I turn the Master Volume at around 2 or 3, I get this VERY LOUD POP.

 

1) What is happening here?

2) Can I purchase a replacement? It appears to be mounted to a very small circuit board.

    It appears to be a 10k ohm linear pot (potentiometer) ,it is circuit board mounted and it is dime sized , not the same size found typically on guitars , the shaft is 1"" long . I would look on the internet at electronic suppliers to see if you could find an exact replacement .
