I notice in the editor, that there is a toggle switch for "EQ".  If I turn this switch off in the patch, will it disable the tone controls in the patch on the Pocket POD?  I want some patches that don't affect the tone I have set on my amp, while others will have amp and cab models as well as the effects I program.

Will using the Tube Preamp patch allow me to plug into the front of my amp without having to add amp and cabinet models so I preserve the sound of my original amp?
