The problem is:

I want to make prg changes from M13 via midi to outside preamps -in a way that when Im changing one effect, also preamp change its preset.

This could be done in M13 scene mode by changing different scenes.

However, as you say, then you cant keep the tap tempo the same.

Now, this tap tempo problem could be solved in another way if it would be possible to send prg changes by

putting any effect on and off in the same scene (so you dont have to change any scene). Putting individual effect "on" would send midi prg change.

Now, if Im understood correct, thats impossible now.

I suggest that you add midi prg change -possibility to all effects in a scene. So that you can choose does effect "on" send prg change or not, and you can also choose

what number of midi prg change the effect would send.
