2008 line 6 spyder 3 75 black boxes on screen help

was playing my guitar today and noticed the tuner was way off compared to my alt tuner which was shocked as this is usually spot on, then i noticed the sound of the amp sounded muffled or like a effet was on even when on clean so turned it of for few hours when went to switch back on 8 black boxes appeared on the screen and was unable to use at all ???????

any help with this please

    This problem is a known issue.  Unfortunately as an end user there is nothing you can do to fix the problem.  To resolve this issue you must contact an authorised Line 6 Service Centre - see Support > Find a Service Centre above who will be able to advise you on the best course of action and likely repair costs.
