Now my Toneport UX1 keep inactive in Cubase

Hi!

I've been using this toneport for 3 years and it works very well until yesterday while i am doing tracking in cubase and i then turn my device setup in Cubase then the sound gone...after that i change back to UX device setup in cubase the sound totally gone...So i just gues maybe the software corrupted..Then i uninstalled the Line6 app using the tools from Line 6 uninstaller tool...Then reboot and install back...Still no luck. It also had error code

"The DSP failed to load model correctly" you may not hear the selected model error code 80000000 an unknown error code. Using Metal Rythm preset...I guess this is because i don't had a expansion rite?

Or my line 6 driver corrupted, but i do had delete from the windows/driver for line6 .dll driver. But still not succeed to get my Toneport UX1 working in Cubase....

Hope someone could help me.

    Hi,

This issue could be related to a number of things. First check your connections.

Have you tried connecting to different USB Ports?

Are you using a USB hub?

Then try the optimizations in our USB Troubleshooting Guide:

      Thanks,

    Hey dveener,

To ensure the TonePort UX1 is setup correctly please follow the steps below:

Make sure to install Line 6 Monkey as well as the drivers for your operating system before trying to connect the UX1. They are both available for free download from our software page below:

      http://line6.com/software/

After successfully installing Line 6 Monkey and the drivers please try removing any additional unnecessary USB and firmware devices from your computer when troubleshooting this issue. Make sure to connect it directly to a USB port and not a USB hub, extension, or keyboard of any kind, preferably connect it to a USB port on the rear of computer. Try using additional USB cables and every USB port available.

Launch Line 6 Monkey and apply any updates that are available.

In Addition, Please download and install our new tool Line 6 License Manager, which is available for free download from the link below:

      http://line6.com/software/index.html

Once you have installed it successfully, launch it and login to your Line 6 User account. Then all you have to do is authorize your computer and your UX1.

If you can confirm that all of your drivers are up to date as well, you might want to try optimizing the windows 7 operating system for performance. We have some tutorials available to assist you with this, please follow the links below:
