Dear Line6!

I purchased a Line6 Studio UX-1 in November, 2009. It came with the POD farm 1 software. I have been using it for 1 year, and recently I purchased a retail box version of POD farm Platinum, hoping to upgrade my software. Upon opening the box I found a CD that LOOKED EXACTLY THE SAME as my old POD farm 1 CD, no indication of this being a "Platinum" version of any sort... I wondered but continued on installing.

(am I screwed over by the store? Please tell me if anybody possesses the POD farm Platinum CD - can you tell it from a plain POD farm 1 CD?)

So I got to the point when all of the updates were installed nicely, and I was being asked to activate my licence key...

where I kept receiving this message (even though I turned off the anti-spyware, anti-virus applications):   /I attached a JPEG print-screen of this message/

Transaction failed.

Reason: 0xff from Server - Not found

If you have popup blockers, antí-spyware or anti-virus programs running, please temporarily disable them.

So I did. I kept receiving this message any time I tried to activate my licence key. I also noticed that I CANNOT register the POD farm Platinum software as a gear, since it is not on the list.

Now here I am stuck with a just purchased POD farm Platinum that I cannot activate. Please help me out.
