Pod Farm Metal Shop Amp pack and Fx Junkie Pack are not working.

When I load Pod Farm the metalshop amps and or Fx Junkie effects do not work, plus when they do work sometimes I can not save tone with the amp or effect sound.

I have tried :

Refreshing my Lincense keys

Reinstalling my Drivers

Reinstalling Pod Farm versions 2.02 and 1.12

Im using a UX1 with Windows 7 86x

Hello,

How exactly do the model packs not work?

Also, can you take me through your save process?

Are you connecting your UX1 to a USB powered hub or directly to a USB port on your computer?

  I have it plugged into a usb on my pc not a usb hub
  
  The way the amp does not work is it sounds like the amp i select is no being used. If I move any of the knobs(Drive,Bass,Mid,ect) nothing changes the sound.
  
  Im saving by using File Save or File Save As.

    I had the same issue. It seemed like somewhere along the line, my tone gets 'broken' by the FX Junkie pedals. It'll either make the amp silent or the pedal silent. None of the knobs worked. I fixed it by completely starting over with New and remaking the tone. It is really bothersome and is really discouraging me from experimenting with tone especially with something I bought.
    
    I uninstalled and reinstalled drivers. Messed with authorization. All sorts of things. I am using Windows 8 64-bit, TonePort UX1, Ableton Live 8, latest PodFarm 2 download from Line 6 site.

Please try completely uninstalling all POD Farm software and re-install the latest version of POD Farm from the Line 6 website.

Also, please make sure to test every USB port on your computer to see if the problem happens on all of them.
