Not Working. Please Help

I purchased a fbv floorboard pedal for my line six spider iv 150 watt amp. when I plug in he pedal all the the LED lights are on and the LED lights in the middle read 8.88. i tried everything, i even trid facotry reseting my amp. I don't know whats worng with it. Is there factory reset for the pedal??
