Loading .l6t file into HD500

Hi,
I was told I'd need Monkey to load an .L6T file into the HD500, and I was able to flash the memory, update drivers, etc., but I cannot (in Win7) find a way to open the file using Monkey. When I click on the file, it gives me a list of programs to open it with, but Monkey isn't one of them. I can drag and drop the file onto the Monkey shortcut, which launches Monkey, but doesn't appear to do anything. What am I missing?
Edit for the HD500...
Perhaps you could try downloading it from the Monkey?
Not sure if L6T is a correct file type for a 500...Isn't that an older file type for something else?
Hi,
The correct file type for the HD500 is .h5e and you can open it in the POD HD500 Edit software in order to load it into your HD500 from there. Check out the HD500 section in Line 6 CustomTone.
Cheers,
Ralph
the other users are right... can't use l6t with the HD line...
l6t works for xt, x3, and pod farm/gearbox
Why?, in customtone when i search using pod hd 500 +"compatible tones" display l6t extensions?
sounds like the web is broken... that's all i can tell you.
