Multiple Digital Wireless Mics together?

hello one and all,

Just on the hope someone can help me...  I am looking to purchase some wireless lapel mics for my company, most importantly I need to be able to use 4 together. I want to ask about whether or not any of the Line 6 setups can achieve this. I am also very keen on the Digital Wireless as the lack of other interference like mobile phones is a massive plus as a lot of my filming is done in office locations where we get a fair amount of interference.

Another benefit which I have heard but need some deeper understanding of is that in the UK next year the wireless channel 69 is being removed and changed to 70, this will have no effect on the digital wireless mics though will it?

Any advice anyone can give me would really be appreciated.

many thanks

Brad

Either the V30 or V70 series can be used.  If you anticipate extremely difficult situations I would recommend using the XD-V70L units as they have additional range, high and low power setings and can use external antennas which can aid performance.

Actually channel 69 is being changed to channel 38 and channel 70 will be a public access channel (with a very small number of wireless channels in it.)  In any event, Line 6 digital wireless is completely exempt form these rule changes.  It works now (without ever needing a license) and will continue to work in the future.
