Problem with hardware? Flash? Not sure

To save me typing it all again please see the link below for the original problem and what i though had fixed it.

Well, the problem is back. I had just started a rehearsal and went off for the standard bacon sarnie when on my return the POD was all flashy and knackered again!! Can't get it into safe mode t reinstall the flash memory so i'm basically fecked!! Any help pleeeeaaaaasseee!!!
