UX8 as a Midi Track in Pro Tools?

I bought the Toneport UX8 for the inputs a year ago. i gave up on it as an interface and used it for pod farm. Now that i know it better i was able to make it work with GarageBand. I really don't want to track drums, save it, put it on my itunes, then import it to Pro Tools. Unfortunately, I can only see the UX8 in a MIDI Track. Any Tips on how to make this work?
Pro Tools 9?
Pro tools LE 8 Mbox 2 Mini
Only Pro Tools 9 has support for 3rd party audio hardware other than M-Audio.
That's why you only see midi.
You could use the plugin, using your current M-Audio or DigiDesign Pro Tools interface.
