After looking at your screen shots, it looks like you were not logged into Line 6 account while in Line 6 Monkey. First off, make sure you UX2 is plugged into a USB port, not a USB hub or extension. Once connected successfully, launch Line 6 Monkey. At the top of Line 6 Monkey, you will see a some log in fields. Go ahead and enter your user info and log in. After you have logged in, click on update to update all of your devices and components. Next click on the Optional Add-Ons tab, click on POD Farm and click activate, if prompted too, enter in your POD Farm license.
