I see a trend for high gain models suited for articulate soloing,  which shouldn't come as a surprise since there currently aren't any!

Agree, but...

that amp went missing long ago so it would seem to be be impossible to aquire for modeling, I think the best we can hope for is the Slash/Marshall AFD100 recreation of that original Super Tremolo head.

Having a model of the AFD100 on tap might also make it easier for people to nail those great George Lynch tones recorded with that same modified Marshall head.
