this thread would be taken seriously!
In no particular order...
Mesa/Boogie Mark IIC+, Lead ChannelCarvin Legacy, Lead Channel
Blackstar S1 200, Channel 4 including ISF control (awesome call ffooxx!!!)
Soldano SLO 100, Overdrive channel
...the ADA MP1 Distortion Channel is a great choice as well!I see a trend for high gain models suited for articulate soloing, which shouldn't come as a surprise since there currently aren't any!

Since they are adding some of the other channels to amps they have already included, I would love for them to add the other volume knob for the hi-watt. At least the old hi-watt I had back in the 80's had two and you could bring them both up to dial in a real sweet overdrive tone. If that baby had have been a two channel amp I would probably still have it. I agree with the Roland JC and the Orange, as far as Mesa's go a Mark l would be nice (also agree with the IIC+). Matchless and Bad Cat would be good too.

Agree, but...
that amp went missing long ago so it would seem to be be impossible to aquire for modeling, I think the best we can hope for is the Slash/Marshall AFD100 recreation of that original Super Tremolo head.
Having a model of the AFD100 on tap might also make it easier for people to nail those great George Lynch tones recorded with that same modified Marshall head.

Could you imagine...? Whichever company talks (per$uade$) Ed into loaning out that amp for study and simulation will be forever King of all Modeling.
I want my HD500 "Amps of the Stars" model pack!
1. Slash's AFD amp
2. Ed's VH1 amp
3. SRV's Dumble
4. Keef's Twin
