POD 300 - after error while updating firmware - waiting screen

i was updating the firmware , and some kind of error came out, for which reason the update was aborted, and from that moment, whenever i turn on my POD, there's only "POD HD300 v1.20 Please Wait..." on my screen and it doesn't go further.
from Line6 Monkey - "update firmware" button doesn't work
Did you try to connect your pod in another of your usb plugs on your computer?
I say that because in my case, the firmware version is only recognised when the pod is connected to the usb plug which is "alone" on the side of my net book.
Hope this little idea could be useful to you.
that's not the problem
usb works fine
the problem is that update aborted suddenly so that now the unit turns on with partially installed 1.20 ver
.
You need to try reflashing the Firmware in safe mode.
Please ensure you are connected via a USB 2.0 Port and that it's not connected via Hub. (Lap tops might appear to be fine with a straight forward USB connection, but often the internals tell a different story).
When you power on the Pod, hold down the Right Navi Key and this should start you in safe mode.
From there, you should be able to reflash using Monkey.
Note: This does not always work, but should always be your first port of call in this situation.
thank you very much
except that i pushed not the right but the left one, this worked.

Ah, my bad, its the right on the Hd500 and I figured it would be the same for the others.
Glad you got it sorted though!
