Why am I getting both Mags and Models through my Podx3 Live

Wether I use a vdi or a 1/4" jack I get both mag pickups and models thru my podx3 live.

When playing thru an amp with a 1/4" jack I have no problem. I have variax picked as my input on my pod.

Anyone else experience this problem and have the answer?
