M5 input line level

Can I run the M5 stompbox modeller in the effects loop of my amp which is line level (+4dB) only?

    You can. If your amp has an adjustable Effect Loop level control, even better since there's no way of attenuating incoming audio signals at the M5 itself, should the audio level be too hot from the amp...
