Where can I get a spare chrome knob?

Happy to buy a set if necessary, but Line6 don't appear to supply these any more.
Surely someone can mail me one if I send $10 and the postage??

Been checking eBay for the past 3 months - none so far.
Isn't it possible to get one from Line6? How hard could it be to supply one / a set?

Ok I phoned the number and got through to someone in Belgium.
They directed me to http://www.line6.be/uk
I filled in the parts request form and got the following message:
There appears to be a problem with the system.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
So far my experience with Line6 support is:
1. I asked a question a month ago which remains unanswered to this day (see http://line6.com/community/thread/62332?tstart=0)
2. I asked another question which received an incorrect answer from a member of staff and a helpful phone number which directed me to a website that doesn't work.
I'm sure Line6 are a really great bunch of guys who care deeply about their customers, so would someone like to help me out here please?

In the meantime, the UK office got back to me and I have now ordered a knob.
If anyone's interested it cost £1.50 + £3.50 postage + tax = £5.40 ($8.84).
Probably would have been better to wait until you had stock and ordered a pack of 10 for $10 then sold the unwanted ones on eBay, but I'm just glad I'm able to get one ![]()

Had a delivery today in a 36x18x24 box. Had no idea what it was until I saw the Line6 logo.
At least there was no way it was going to get damanaged!

Hey Bukko - interested to know how you cracked this one. I've done the calling the UK office and then submitting a form to Belgium bit, which did appear to work...but it's now all gone quiet. I've also posted elsewhere in this forum but also, all gone quiet.
Like you, all I want is one d*mn knob for my Spider IV!

Well I only had to wait a few weeks for the UK office to phone me after I submitted a request on the site!
About a week after that the knob was delivered.
(Although you could probably order a pack from the US site now and sell the spare ones on eBay!)
If it's been any longer than that I'd try contacting the UK office again if I were you.

I would definitely order from US if that were possible but Line 6 don't ship outside the US - hence the problem!
Guess I will just have to be patient and hope Line 6 get in touch...
Hooray! Line 6 UK finally emailed me on 5 August, so about a week after my last enquiries amd two replacement knobs are now on the way. Incidentally, UK does not sell the US 'kit' of several knobs in one packages - you have to buy them individually. £7 for two inc P&P.
