Hello! I've bought a gold bundle 28/09/2008 (Citibank credit card) and used it. 2 months ago I reinstalled Windows 7 and programs and found that I lost my add-ons. License manager doesn't see it, though I activated either my comp and guitarport. My account doesn't have a record about add-ons. Why did it happen and what should I do to resolve this problem?
