M13 Stompbox LCD Problem

Hi there, a few nights ago I was playing my M13 as usual and then when I changed scenes basically the entire LCD screen on all 4 FX turned incredibly bright and the text is almost unreadable - you have to be on some stupid angle to be able to read it.

Any ideas how to fix this? I tried fixing the colours for some reason but that obviously did nothing.

Any help would be great, thanks

    Mine is doing the exact same thing.  Ive had it for around 16 months.  I took it to a shop to have it looked at and they re set the ribbons(the LV connections) and re loaded the firmware and that fixed it. but it only lasted for 4 or 5 days and then did the exact same thing.  I took it back to the guy and he said that the LCD displays needed to be replaced,  which sounds expensive,  so like you,   Im currently trying to find an unexpensive solution.  If you hear anything let me know and I will do the same.
