New Variax 500 newbie user :)

Hi there! I'm a totally new forum user... and a super newbie on Variax guitars. I've just bought a very nice second hand Variax 500 and I'm wondering on how to expect (trouble, soon be over hahah...). I'd like to use it live with my duo, and I'm little worried about consistency and realiability of the instrument. I've read here something about bridge saddle's problems and/or creepy electronics oddities

What do you think?

    I wouldn't go looking for problems. Remember this is a support forum - all you will see here are problems. You won't see or hear from the majority of Variax 500 owners who are having no problems.

     

    I assume you tested out the used device before purchasing. Why not just start using it and see what happens? If you think you have a problem or want help using your Variax come back here and look for help with it.
