line 6 variax USB Interface in Windows Vista

Good morning,

 

This moning i plugged my USB device in my laptop but always USB device is not recognized.

I have installed  in first Line6 Monkey and after Line 6 Workenbch.

1) I have launch first Monkey software, download lasts drivers and install Variax USB interface. I plug my usb device and after 45s I have a message : Windows can't install your Variax USB Device".

2) I tried ti change USB Port same problem. Reboot as well.

 

Someone Can help me ?
