no way of installing pod farm with just an iLok!

I just purchased a pod farm disc which does not have any install files for mac.

I have downloaded pod farm from the line 6 website as well as monkey but because i do not have line 6 hardware i cant run it properly.

it says on the box that all i need is an iLok key which I have but i cant get it to work.

please help i have no idea what to do.
